What are the earrings made of?
Each piece is sculpted by hand using polymer clay and finished with carefully selected components for durability and comfort.

Are they lightweight?
Yes. Despite their sculptural scale, each piece is designed to be comfortably lightweight for extended wear.

Will my pair look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is made by hand in small batches. Subtle variations in shape and finish are part of the artistry and make your pair uniquely yours.

WEAR + CARE

How should I care for my earrings?
Handle with care. Avoid bending, water, and prolonged exposure to oils or perfumes. Store in a dry place when not in use.

Are they fragile?
They are durable for regular wear but should be treated as wearable art—not dropped, placed in the bottom of pockets/purses, or bent.

ORDERS

How long does processing take?
Orders are prepared within 5-7 business days before shipment.

Can I make changes to my order?
Changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges may be granted on a case by case basis for unworn earrings only. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once received, a store credit or exchange will be issued.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.

Yes, domestic shipping is available. Flat rate shipping and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, at a flat rate of $25.00.
